About Nikki's Music Instruction:

Nikki's journey as a musical artist started with her great desire to write and perform her own original work.  Although music was an innate gift, she went through many years of study to learn how to tap into her own musical expression. She shares that knowledge with her students and teaches them to make every note they play a natural expression of their self.  She believes everyone has musical talent waiting to be discovered to enrich their lives. She is patient and enthusiastic while fostering the relationship between the student and their instrument. She holds a BM in vocal performance; was trained on the classical guitar and has played many years of popular, and original music as a singer songwriter. Many of her students have learned both guitar and voice and even song writing. She has taught both privately and in educational settings for 12 years. She has a big heart for teaching beginners and intermediate players how to build their foundation and make their own musical discovery.
